Help them to understand what is going on in the market and how your organization is coping up with the same. Arrange regular meetings and discussions to know about the problems faced by the employees and look out for their solutions together. Conduct business communication trainings for your team. If you manage to win the trust of your employees, a major portion of your work would be done.

Team Building Activities – In most of the corporate training programs it can be witnessed that motivation is a hot topic to discuss upon. Most of the corporate trainers help out the organizations to motivate their employees with the help of different activities. So while working with a remote team, you can organise online sessions and webinars for your team to attend at least once in a week or two. This will help in keeping up the spirit of the entire team.

Performance Measurement – One of the best ways to motivate the employees in a time of crisis is to measure their performance and give them an honest feedback.

Employees would love the appreciation from their team leaders. Plus, the ones who are not performing well, they would also get a reality check on the go.
